Youth Advisory Panel

PAYPA aims to put tamariki and rangatahi at the front and focus of PAYPA's initiatives and programming.

Our Youth Advisory Panel will work alongside the PAYPA board. Guided by the Te Ao concept of Ako, (reciprocal learning) the youth panel members will actively help to shape Aotearoa's performing arts sector and guide a meaningful ongoing collaboration between practitioners and young people.

We have elected 10 outstanding youth arts practitioners from throughout Aotearoa for our first panel. They will guide the PAYPA board’s decision-making and inspiring collaborative approaches to creating excellent new work for young audiences in Aotearoa.
